   I recieved a bright yellow raincover in a handy small storage pouch, on removal, the cover was found to be well made with a stitched in draw string and fits over my rucksack with ease. For the money I could not find anything better.

   Excuse of item got send back as I was away. And want me pay delivery charge again.

   I gave my work address as post address and our reception operate as 24×7 basis, my colleague will pick up for me if I was away.

   Could not believe this happened.

   Phoned the company and asked to get my money refunded. Wait for more than a week to get my money back.

   Will not buy any items from this provider again.
