No nonsense, nicely put together book. I was a bit sceptical when my wife picked up this book and thought, “Oh no, not another cookery book.” But we camp a lot and half of the pleasure is cooking and eating delicious food outdoors and this book is full of them. We’ve even used some of the recipes in our kitchen!
This book is great for every aspect of camping food, from lunch to snacks and dinner to pudding! But the best thing is that it does not include all the simple things you already know (ie sausages, smash and beans!). Each recipe is really different but uses simple ingredients and instructions for something you would actually be able to make on camp without taking the whole kitchen cupboard!
Unfortunatly i did not have this book for this years holiday, but just reading it made me want to go again to try some of the recipes!

Roll on the summer and getting that campfire lit!
